  1. Update Zotero by going to to the main menu Help > Check for Updates. Then select and complete the update.  Learn more about the amazing changes https://www.zotero.org/blog/zotero-7/ 

  2. Delete your current Chrome/Edge extension and then add it again.  

  3. Don’t forget to pin your extension so it shows up in your browser.
