An annotated bibliography usually contains a summary and analysis of several sources. Be sure to follow the example posted in your course and your professor's directions.
Requirements:
- Pick a management topic of your choice. Consider picking a broad topic that you could narrow down if needed.
- Then find 5 peer-reviewed scholarly journal articles that are recent and related to your topic. (some professors say no older than 5 years and some give a little more leeway on what is considered recent)
- Plan ahead and choose at least two empirical research articles to be included in your annotated bibliography. You will need empirical research articles for article analysis #1 and #2 later in the course. Read more about empirical research.
- READ all 5 articles. Be sure you read the FULL TEXT of the article not just an abstract about it.
- You MUST use your own words to summarize each article. Do NOT copy and paste the abstract that was written for the article.
- Look at the example posted in the course to get the APA formatting correct.
- Don't forget the REQUIRED GSB cover page.
