What is health education?

"Health education is neither public health nor physical education. More often than not, the public perceives health education and public health as simply different terms for similar fields of knowledge. The distinction between them, however, hinges on health education’s foremost concern with health: behavior. While it may employ other change-promoting strategies beyond solely educational methods, health education is mainly interested in healthy behavior as its “product.” "
