REL 201: Introduction to the New Testament: Module 7

A basic introduction to the literature and theology of the New Testament, including exposure to critical methods such as form and redaction criticisms.

Outcomes

At the conclusion of this module, students will be able to:

  • Explain the meaning of the self emptying hymn in Philippians. 
  • Interpret the major change in Paul's life where he broke with his past life as a prominent Jewish persecutor of Christians. 
  • Explain the characteristics of a true apostle from 2 Corinthians.
