Citing-Sources: APA

APA relies on an author-date system, in which an abbreviated form of the author's name (last name and first initial) is followed by the date of publication. In APA, writers also provide lists of full references made within the text in a References page. Information and examples of how to build the full references is provided in this guide. 

The following examples follow the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, 7th ed. (2019).
