Library Policies: Study Rooms, and Group Study Spaces

Library Policies

Study Rooms

Group Study Rooms may be reserved for tests, job interviews and tutoring for a few hours by contacting JeeYeon.kim@saintleo.edu at least one day in advance. For all other purposes, study rooms are on a first-come first served basis. Reservations are prioritized over walk-ins. We ask that you do not book the study room if you are by yourself, as we only have two spaces. If you are by yourself, we have study carrels on the first and top level (2nd) floor for you to use.

The group study area on the second floor is a first-come, first-served walk in space. It can seat 4-7 people. You do not need a reservation for this space.

Group Study Spaces

Group Study Spaces

There are several areas in the library that can be used by larger groups (6-20 people, depending on the space).

CCIC1 is a good large group study area in the basement. It can be used after 5PM by appointment.

The VTT conference room in the basement can hold 6-10 people.

CCIC1 and the VTT conference room can be reserved by contacting JeeYeon.kim@saintleo.edu.

You must get a confirmation that the room is available before you use it, as it is also used for smaller classes.
