EBSCO:

Select all databases and hit continue.
place in keywords or phrases (Not sentences/unnecessary words) hit continue.
Search results page: On left-hand side narrow by Full-Text, Peer-Reviewed, Date Range etc.
Scroll through, select & save important ones
Try another variety of keywords until you locate what you want.

ProQuest:

Here you can select peer-reviewed, full-text and input terms in the same box. Then hit enter.
Next, you can narrow by date, type of materials etc. on left-hand side of results page.
Select & Save
