FEMA's Disaster Logistics Efforts by Ethel Meyers The Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is responsible for integrating federal disaster logistics efforts--that is, the ability to deliver goods to disaster survivors.
