1. Locate company reports using the library's business databases, ProQuest One Business, EBSCO Business Source Complete, Gale Business Insights, Standard and Poor's Net Advantage
2. IMPORTANT: company reports should be from the time period of the crisis
3. Examine financial reports and SWOT reports before, during, and after the crisis
