MODULE 5 MGT412- Project Instructions
Write a 4 to 6-page paper using APA 6th edition style format Microsoft Word Document.
Recommended Success Strategies
A.     Note that 4 to 6 pages means 4 to 6 pages of double-spaced written material with 1-inch margins left, right, top, and bottom, in Times New Roman, 12-point font – Black font.
 
B.     Please DO NOT include an Abstract or Table of Contents, as this professor does not require an Abstract or Table of Contents in this short 4-6 page paper.  
 
C.    Please properly number your pages according to APA 6th edition formatting (upper Right-Hand Corner of your document).
 
D.    Include a properly formatted APA 6th edition Title Page Required (The cover sheet or long quotations will not count toward the 4 to 6 pages). See the Composition Grading Criteria link in the Course Home menu for complete details on evaluation criteria). Please properly format ALL Quotes. 
 
E.     (Document MUST NOT exceed 25% Similarity Score in Turnitin)

H.    Present a separate APA 6th edition properly formatted (alphabetized) Reference Page required within your document. These areas reflect broad subjects discussed in the course textbook.  Specifically, students MUST research an exceedingly narrow topic within the list, a topic focused enough to be covered adequately in such a short paper. This is where you want to make sure your proposed TOPIC fits in one of the following Broad Categories listed below 
 
J.     Your essay MUST describe the impacts of, and ramifications for, your narrow topic  ONLY where organizational behavior and development are concerned
 
K.     Your paper must include: (a) a narrow, carefully crafted thesis statement, and (b) a highly descriptive, detailed essay title that mirrors the thesis statement. The thesis drives a paper; many points will be deducted if a student fails to follow these instructions.
