- The Trevor Project
The Trevor Project’s mission is to end suicide among LGBTQ young people.
- Florida Homeless Youth HandbookHomeless Youth Handbook will provide teens with comprehensive information about their legal rights and give them tools to obtain what they need to become successful. It will also provide the supportive adults who work with young folks a comprehensive look at the legal systems that affect youth.
- Covenant HouseCovenant House meets immediate needs for food, clothing, safety, and medical and mental health care. We have specialized programs for young parents and their small children and for human trafficking survivors. And we help young people experiencing homelessness to advance their goals and achieve sustainable independence with education, job readiness, and career pathways programs.
- Impower Village Ages 18-24ransitional housing for homeless and foster youth between the ages of 18-24. Most of us remember our 18th birthday with fond memories of becoming an adult and having a new sense of responsibility and invulnerability. For most of us, it was a time of excitement. For the hundreds of youth who age out of foster care in Central Florida each year or those with fractured families however, this milestone is filled with apprehension and uncertainty. Most of the youth, usually still in high school, have little savings, few job skills and no form of private transportation. They are unprepared to live completely on their own.
- Youth Haven, Naple FLYouth Haven’s Homeless Teen Transitional Living Program (HTTLP) is the only resource in Collier County dedicated to helping homeless youth navigate the journey to independence and stability. Our caring and compassionate team supports teens in healing from trauma and building essential skills for a healthy, self-sufficient adulthood.
- House of Hope, JacksonvilleEmergency housing for 18-24 year olds in Jacksonville, FL
- Daniel's KidsHomelessness is not only an adult problem . . . countless teens also find themselves living on the streets. This problem is most prevalent among youth that age out of foster care and suddenly find themselves homeless, without a support network, and completely unprepared to survive on their own.
- Polk County Hearth ProjectAssists homeless students and in-transition families
- UCF Knight Alliance NetworkThe mission of the Knight Alliance Network (KAN) is to provide guidance, support, resources, advocacy, financial and economic literacy, and a place of belonging to foster youth and homeless youth enrolled at the University of Central Florida.

- Pinellas Hope Housinginellas Hope, a program of Catholic Charities Diocese of St. Petersburg opened on 10 acres of land provided by Bishop Robert N. Lynch and the Diocese of St. Petersburg. It was developed as a pilot program in December 2007 and continues to provide a comprehensive array of services and shelter to homeless individuals. Today, Pinellas Hope continues its mission of providing a safe living environment and the necessary support for homeless adults to become self-sufficient. Since its formation, Pinellas Hope has served over 10,000 people and served over 1.6 million meals.
