For the Mock Interview Assignment, you may use your phone, or your Saint Leo Zoom Account, or another recording device to record the session.  Instructions for accessing your Saint Leo Zoom account are shown below with the screenshot which links to the menu!

Use Your Saint Leo University Zoom Account

  1. Start by going to https://saintleo.okta.com and sign in using your SLU username and password
  2. Select the Zoom tile Zoom app
  3. Select MEETINGS in the LEFT menu Zoom meetings
  4. Select +SCHEDULE A MEETING on the RIGHT schedule a meeting
  5. Fill in the form with the date, time, and emails for people you are going to invite, and SAVE schedule a meeting
  6. Then copy the meeting invitation if needed, but an email will be sent to the people you invited.

This means the latest version of the full Office productivity suite (including Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and more) is available for offline and online use. As long as you work at Saint Leo or attend Saint Leo, you’ll be able to use this software for free!

  • Install on up to 5 compatible PCs and Macs, plus 5 tablets (including iPad!)
  • Share and edit files with others at Saint Leo

To get Office 365, follow these simple steps (for PC and Mac users):

  • Visit Microsoft Office

  • Click through to sign in with your lastname@saintleo.edu and portal password

  • Click on the Install Button in the upper right hand corner to install Office 365
