• Table number should appear above the table in bold. Table number and title are double spaced
• Title should be below the table number in italics in title case (all important words should be capitalized). 
• column headings should be centered in columns in sentence case (only the first word is capitalized)
• Use the same font size and font for tables
• text in table cells may be single or double spaced.  Text in cells should be centered.  Longer text entries may be flush left if it helps with readability
• The column headings have a vertical border above and below.  Do not use any other vertical or horizontal borders. 
• There should be one vertical border at the bottom of the table.  
• Do not use symbols like percent signs if the column heading clearly states percentages.
