Three Lab Reports on the following topics:

  • EXPERIMENT 4 - QUALITATIVE TESTS FOR MACROMOLECULES

    • This series of experiments are designed to demonstrate how the presence of macromolecules, proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, and nucleic acids, can be qualitatively determined.

  • EXPERIMENT 5 - INVESTIGATION INTO ENZYMES

    • This series of experiments are designed to determine how changes in enzyme and substrate concentration, pH, and temperature affect the rate of enzymatic reactions

  • EXPERIMENT 7 - PHOTOSYNTHESIS: PLANT PIGMENTS AND LIGHT

    • This investigation deals with the pigments present in the chloroplasts of plant cells and their role as light absorbers during photosynthesis.
