Take good notes in class and ask questions. Have at least one study partner. Read the reading assignment in your book and notes before attempting the homework assignment. Expect to study at least two hours outside of class for each hour of in class period. You can only learn mathematics by doing many problems yourself. So, Practice, Practice, Practice and more Practice!!!! Prepare for tests by reviewing constantly. Do not leave all your studying for the night before the test. And, finally, I am here to assist you, but you are ultimately responsibility for your learning.
