The library faculty are here to help. We offer one-on-one assistance with:

·         Research help for all topics (finding scholarly, peer-reviewed resources),

·         Citation style formats (MLA, APA, etc.),

·         Writing Support sessions with our friendly writing faculty

·         Locating specific articles or books for students, faculty, and staff,

·         Library instruction sessions for particular classes & research assignments (online or in-person)

Writing Support

The Cannon Memorial Library now offers instruction in writing and research to all center

students at all levels across the curriculum. Ángel L. Jiménez, M.A., and John David Harding, M.F.A., offer instruction on all aspects and stages of the writing process. These sessions can be done online or in person. Please make an appointment using this link:


Library Instruction – schedule a librarian to speak to your students

Library Instruction is available as a service for all faculty, students and adjuncts at all locations. These sessions will be tailored to your students’needs and can be taught using Zoom, Teams, or in-person. Contact Amy Harris to schedule a session for your class.


You may also contact our librarians to set up Library Instruction, create LibGuides for your course.  In some cases, librarians can be embedded in your class.
