Accessing Library Resources through Google Scholar: Citation Machines

How to set up Google Scholar to connect to the library databases at Saint Leo University

EndNote Click

EndNote Click (formerly Kopernio) is a utility that allows you to instantly access subscribed articles from the SLU Library databases while you are searching sources like PubMed, Google Scholar, and Web of Science.  EndNote Click also allows you to store PDFs in a personal locker for your future research.

EndNote Click requires a free registration to use; it does not integrate with your existing RIT username and password. If you use EndNote Online, you can use the same account to access EndNote Click.

Benefits of using EndNote Click:

  • Store up to 100MB of PDF documents in your personal locker
  • Integrate with popular search tools such as Google Scholar, Web of Science, and PubMed - automatically find the best legal versions of articles found in your search results
  • Integrate with citation managers such as EndNote, Zotero, and Mendeley - save the citations for the articles in your locker to your account in your preferred citation manager

Google Scholar and EndNote Click

Open your EndNote Click settings and select Customize.  Then set your quick search browser integration to Google Scholar  - you can then search Google Scholar directly from EndNote Click when you open the extension in your browser.
