How do I Create my own Account?

To create your own account, you must first be logged into the platform with the generic Institution level account you were provided.

Once logged in, there are several places you can create your own account from:

  1. The My Films link in the top, right-hand corner of the site.
  2. From the Add to option next to a title on the search results page.
  3. From the Add to or Custom Segment options on the player page of a title.

To create an account from the my menu:

  1. Click on the My Films link in the header.
  2. Click on the Create an Account link near the bottom of this pull down menu.
  3. You will be redirected to the Create Account page where you can register for your own personal account under your institution.  Once you have logged in with your personal account, you will now be able to access the My Films and My Preferences sections.

To create an account from the viewer page:

  1. If you attempt to access one of the advanced features like Add To or Custom Segments, as shown below, you will be prompted to login or create your own account.
  2. Click on the Create an Account button near the bottom of this menu.
  3. You will be redirected to the Create Account page where you can register for your own personal account under your institution.  Once you have logged in with your personal account, you will now be able to access the My Films and My Preferences sections.
